Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Spark Digital & Analytics Limited ("Spark") uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies on spark-hq.com. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.

Our approach

Our website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels or any other third-party tracking technologies. Because the site sets only strictly-necessary storage, we do not display a consent banner — under the EU ePrivacy Directive a banner is required only when non-essential cookies or trackers are placed before consent.

If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies in future, we will update this policy and display a consent mechanism before any non-essential storage is set.

Strictly-necessary storage we may use

  • Session and security tokens: set by our hosting platform to keep your session secure, prevent CSRF and operate basic site features.
  • UI preferences (where used): small values stored locally in your browser, for example to remember that you have dismissed a notice. These are not shared with anyone.

These items are essential for the site to function and are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so for strictly-necessary items may stop parts of the site from working as expected. Most major browsers publish instructions: see Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge help centres.
