Customer.

Fenergo helps banks and financial institutions reimagine, automate, and transform their technology platforms. Its aim is to create exceptional client experiences, boost operational efficiencies and return on investment, comply with new regulations, and fight financial crime.

The Challenge.

Fenergo, as a rapidly expanding enterprise, operates across multiple departments. What was challenging was that each department managed its data and reporting individually, resulting in isolated data sets that hindered collaboration and transparency across the business. These data silos created operational inefficiencies, information gaps, redundant data, and, ultimately, suboptimal decision-making that impeded their growth. As a result, the VP of Finance & Data Transformation sought a solution to eliminate these data silos and establish a unified source of truth for him and make the resulting platform accessible to all departments.
