Workhuman, an Irish tech unicorn, offers cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions. Specialising in social recognition, their software encourages employee acknowledgment and reward. The company aims to empower businesses by leveraging their most valuable asset – their people. Partnering with companies, Workhuman believes in cultivating cultures that extend beyond financial gains. They emphasise the need for evolving work to enhance employee performance. Grounded in their cultural values, they strive for excellence and understand the importance of revitalising company cultures, evident in their numerous awards.

The Challenge.

Workhuman's data sources were disparate and include a large Oracle database (on Oracle Cloud), Dynamics CRM, Customer 360, Finance and Accounting packages; all back end and customer-facing systems. These systems were unconnected, although Workhuman already had a Data Lake and legacy data analytics environment. 


The goal of this initiative was to connect these data sources and leverage them to develop new and differentiated data processing and analytics-based capabilities for the benefit of Workhuman’s customers and employees.
